Refund & Return Policy

We want the four tools to earn a place in your drawer. If they don't, send them back.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason — changed your mind, wrong size loaf for your oven, gift duplicate. After 30 days we can no longer accept a return for change-of-mind reasons.

Condition we can accept

  • Unused, lightly handled is fine. Pans, whisks and scales that have been taken out of the box and inspected can be returned. We resell or donate where possible.
  • Used in the kitchen. If you've baked with the loaf pan or used the whisk in dough, we can still accept it within 30 days but the refund will be partial (typically 70% of paid price) to cover refurbishment or recycling.
  • Hygiene exception — silicone pastry brush head. Once a pastry brush head has touched butter, oil or egg wash it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The handle alone can be exchanged.
  • Original packaging preferred. Not required, but please pack the loaf pan with enough padding to survive the trip back.

Damaged in transit or defective on arrival

Email support@acuitbuytbf.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and you do not need to send the damaged item back.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@acuitbuytbf.shop with your order number (EP-XXXXX) and which item(s) you want to return.
  2. We reply within 1 business day with a return label and the warehouse address.
  3. Drop the package off. Once we receive and inspect it (usually 3–5 business days), your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping

For defective or damaged items, return shipping is on us. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund (typically $6–9 in the US).

The Four — Starter Set

The set is returned as one unit. Partial returns of individual pieces from the set are accepted, but the bundle discount is recalculated against the items you keep at full price.
