Shipping Policy
Loaf pans are heavy and we'd rather pack them well than fast. Here's exactly what to expect.
Processing time
Orders placed before 1pm CT on a business day are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or US holiday begin processing the next business day.
Domestic (United States)
- Standard ground: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $40. Applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. Most orders, including any single-item purchase of The Four Starter Set or the Hearth Loaf Pan + a second item, qualify.
- Orders under $40: flat $5.90 shipping.
- Expedited 2-day: available at checkout for an additional fee calculated on weight and destination.
International
We ship to most countries by tracked international parcel. Transit time is typically 7–18 business days after dispatch depending on customs clearance. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes assessed by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total. Your local carrier will contact you if anything is due.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the carrier scans your package. If the tracker doesn't move within 3 business days of dispatch, write to support@acuitbuytbf.shop and we'll chase it for you.
Packaging
The loaf pan ships in a recycled corrugated sleeve with kraft paper padding. The whisk and brush ship in unbleached paper wraps. We avoid plastic except where it's needed to protect the digital scale during transit.
Damaged or missing on arrival
Email support@acuitbuytbf.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Replacements ship same or next business day, no return required.
Address changes
If you spot a typo in your shipping address, write to us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that the package is usually already in the carrier's hands and we can't redirect it.
