Terms of Service

The plain-English version: be honest with us, we'll be honest with you, and read the care instructions before you put a carbon-steel pan through a dishwasher.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Earlypress website and your purchase of Earlypress products. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's permission), the information you provide is accurate, and you agree to these terms.

2. Products, prices, and availability

We try to describe every tool accurately — dimensions, materials, finish — and to photograph it as it actually looks in normal kitchen light. Small batch variation in wood grain, ceramic coating texture, and metal finish is normal and not a defect. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Stock levels are not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

3. Care and use — read this

Baking tools last only as long as you treat them right. Please read the use-and-care card included with each product. In particular:

• Loaf pan: hand-wash with warm water and a soft sponge, dry immediately, then wipe with a thin film of neutral oil to protect the seasoning. Do not put the carbon-steel loaf pan in the dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent will strip the seasoning and may corrode the steel; damage from dishwasher use is not covered.
• Dough whisk: the beechwood handle is FSC-certified hardwood and is not dishwasher-safe. Rinse, wipe dry, store hanging.
• Pastry brush: remove the silicone head and dishwasher-clean it. Keep the wooden handle dry.
• Kitchen scale: the face is splash-resistant, not submersible. Wipe with a damp cloth; do not rinse under the tap.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case any charge is refunded in full. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and other processors listed at checkout.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

We back the tools against manufacturing defects under the refund policy. Beyond that, products are provided "as is." We don't promise specific baking outcomes — bread is a function of flour, hydration, ferment, and the oven in your kitchen, not just the pan. Cookware behavior also depends on care, oven calibration, and stove type.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Earlypress's total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost time, ruined ingredients, etc.).

7. Intellectual property

Product photography, copy, and the Earlypress name and logo are owned by Earlypress. Don't reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Questions or disputes: write first to support@acuitbuytbf.shop. We reply within 1 business day and most things get sorted without anyone needing a lawyer.
